Had a comfortable stay at this hotel with amazing food and big onsen. The breakfast buffet offered both Japanese and European dishes, and the Japanese style dinner was very tasty. The hotel room was also spacious and had a great view of the lake. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.
Couldn't fault anything during my stay.

Over the New Year's holiday, we enjoyed an amazing breakfast buffet with a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes. The stunning view of the lake from our room's panoramic window was unbeatable. the onsen was the ultimate relaxation spot during our stay, with its comfortable and spacious layout, not to mention the outdoor bath.
One downfall was the lack of amenities offered in the room. We were expecting more than just basic toiletries and would have appreciated some additional touches to make the room feel more luxurious.
