Had a comfortable stay at this hotel with amazing food and big onsen. The breakfast buffet offered both Japanese and European dishes, and the Japanese style dinner was very tasty. The hotel room was also spacious and had a great view of the lake. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.

It was a perfect location for our city break, close to all the key spots we wanted to visit.

Over the New Year's holiday, we enjoyed an amazing breakfast buffet with a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes.
